Residents of the Sakhalin TOR "Mountain Air" will receive gas in the autumn of 2019

The first stage of the construction of an inter-settlement gas pipeline, which will allow for the creation and already running facilities of the residents of the Tor Goryny Air Air to use natural gas, is proceeding at a high rate. The project is being implemented by Gazprom Gas Distribution Far East JSC with the assistance of Far East Development Corporation JSC.

It is planned that as early as this fall, Vektor, Honoka Sakhalin and Sakhalin Chalets will receive blue fuel. TOR investors form an international all-season center for sports and tourism in the region.

A high-pressure gas pipeline with a length of 8.7 kilometers is being built from the gas distribution station “Dalnee” to the gas reduction point in the Botanical Garden area in the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.

The creation of infrastructure for the territories of advanced development is one of the main tasks for JSC "Corporation for the Development of the Far East", which is solved jointly with regional authorities. As part of the development of infrastructure of the TOR "Mountain Air" until 2020, activities are planned for a total amount of about 10 billion rubles. Actively creating ski, transport and engineering facilities.

Recall, the TOR "Mountain Air" was created in the resort area of ​​the Sakhalin region by the Decree of the Government of Russia dated March 17, 2016. The popular mountainous air base and land plots located in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk have entered the TOR. Among the advantages of this territory, experts point out the advantageous position at the intersection of sea and air domestic and international routes, the availability of geothermal resources for the development of balneological tourism, attractive natural landscapes.

Currently, 22 residents of TOR are implementing projects with an investment volume of 22.6 billion rubles and plans to create more than 1,400 new jobs. Of these, four have already successfully implemented their projects, investing 6.1 billion rubles and creating 152 jobs.
