Resident of the Free Port opened an economy class hotel in the historical center of Vladivostok

The company KamInn opened in the historical center of Vladivostok an economy class hotel for 22 rooms. An investment project worth 6 million rubles was implemented by agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and is designed to create 16 jobs.

The hotel is located in a rented two-story building of 402 square meters. meters and offers accommodation in rooms of three categories: standard, superior room and suite. As part of the project, the company also plans to purchase a minibus for the transfer of hotel guests to the airport.

Due to the fact that Vladivostok is not only a tourist center located on the Pacific coast of Russia, but also a city in which there is a constant increase in business activity, the number of city visitors increases annually regardless of their purpose of arrival.

“The ever-increasing flow of visitors leads to the development and expansion of the Vladivostok hotel market. The competitive environment will serve as an incentive for us to continuously improve the quality of service, focusing on both Russian tourists and foreign guests, ”said General Director Alexander Lidovsky.

At present, according to the data of JSC Far East Development Corporation, the number of residents of the free port of Vladivostok has reached 1,194. The total amount of announced projects has exceeded 625 billion rubles, the implementation of which will create about 63 thousand jobs. Moreover, 118 projects by SPV residents have already been launched, over 7.2 thousand jobs have been created.
