Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev approved a single plan for achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024

The unified plan for achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024 was approved in order to implement the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated May 7, 2018 No. 204 “On the national goals and strategic objectives of the development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2024”

The national development goals of the Russian Federation are “inter-program” (“inter-project”) in nature: the achievement of none of the national goals can be achieved within the framework of only one state program and / or national project (program). In addition, national development goals are closely interrelated. Achieving some goals is directly dependent on the achievement of others. Thus, halving the level of poverty is impossible without sustained economic growth. Productivity growth is impossible without widespread digital technology and innovative development.

The unified plan for achieving the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2024 represents the trajectory for the output of indicators characterizing these goals to target levels, as well as a list of tools and mechanisms aimed at achieving them regardless of their membership in government programs and national projects ( programs).
