“I had long planned to go in for tourism and considered various options for acquiring land. What was my joy when the program "Far Eastern hectare" started. It was possible to choose a great site right on the tourist route to the volcanoes near the “Dry River”, - says the recipient of the “Far Eastern hectare” Denis Melamed. “Last year we started construction, and now we have received additional funds for the development of the project. This season we plan to force construction, as well as to start receiving the first guests. ”

“The main thing is to get ready to take tours in the“ all inclusive ”format - the traveler should not be bothered by any organizational questions - only an adventure concentrate and even more. We will not only show the Kamchatka beauties from the most picturesque places, but also give tourists unique shots from their trip, which will be accompanied by an operator with a quadcopter with professional photographic equipment. After all, today, if I didn’t take a photo on a trip, then consider that I didn’t go anywhere, ”shared Denis.

In addition to the tourist project, Denis and his partner are planning to equip a greenhouse for growing strawberries year-round in the “Far Eastern hectare”. For this, a unique patented solution developed by Tomsk inventors will be used. The greenhouse will be located underground at a depth of three meters, and the plants will receive the necessary light and heat from special lamps. The area of the experimental "dugout" will be 35 square meters. meters The first harvest of Kamchatka strawberries is planned to receive by the fall of the current year. The project entrepreneurs won a grant. Construction will begin this summer.
