The first resident of the TOR "Amur-Khinganskaya" launched production in commissioning mode

On the territory of advanced development "Amur-Khinganskaya" in the Jewish Autonomous Region, the company "Birobidzhan Metal Structures" is completing the construction of the main workshop for the production of sandwich panels and has already started production in the mode of commissioning. The investment project with a total cost of 937 million rubles is being implemented by agreement with the Far East Development Corporation JSC. Currently, the plant employs more than 40 people, upon completion of construction work will be created an additional 156 jobs.

The project of a new modern high-tech plant involves the construction of three workshops - for the production of sandwich panels, metal structures and small agricultural machinery, as well as internal infrastructure - an administrative building, garage boxes, a dining room, a hostel for workers.

“We are already completing the construction of the main workshop,” says Konstantin Bosyakov, General Director of BirZM LLC. - In 2019, we plan to release about 5 thousand tons of sandwich panels in the amount of 300 million rubles. We are planning to complete the workshops for the production of steel structures and small agricultural machinery, as well as the internal infrastructure by the beginning of 2021 ".

In addition to the main product, the company has launched the production of container-type block modules, which are in great demand in the Far East.  

The Birobidzhan Metal Structures Plant was one of the first to receive resident status in the Amur-Khinganskaya Tor and actively cooperates with residents of the priority development areas in the Amur Region, in the Khabarovsk and Primorsky Territories. So, Amur residents use products of this manufacturer at a gas processing plant under construction. Contracts have been concluded for the supply of block modules for the coal terminal in the port of Vanino and the ship repair plant in the city of Bolshoy Kamen. The production of sandwich panels is also in demand in the territory of the Jewish Autonomous Region. Such interaction of residents of TOR indicates an effective cooperation of enterprises.

As of today, under agreements with JSC Far East Development Corporation, residents of the Amur-Khinganskaya Tor Foundation have invested more than 1 billion rubles in the regional economy and created more than 100 new jobs. The total cost of the three projects of the residents of the Amur-Khinganskaya TRA is 13.2 billion rubles, and it is planned to create 1,060 new jobs.
