“The task of the foundation is to build an innovation ecosystem in the Far East through the development of regional champions: you need to create a critical mass of technology companies in the region that would trigger a chain reaction of the emergence of innovative projects here. In Hotlead, we see the potential to become such a regional champion and a player of the federal scale due to the high-quality product in demand in the small and medium-sized business segment and an excellent team with an understandable road map for further product improvement, ”said the Director of the DFTF Ruslan Sarkisov.

HOTLEAD will receive funds in the form of a convertible loan. DFWT will become the owner of 5% of the project immediately, and by 2023 its share will grow to 40-49.9%, depending on the financial performance of the company. About 5% of HOTLEAD will be received by Skolkovo Ventures Foundation, which has become a developer consultant.

“The mission of Technopark“ Russky ”is the formation of an efficient ecosystem of technological entrepreneurship and a system of support for start-ups, and serving as a platform for meeting an investor and entrepreneur is one of the conditions for the formation of this system. Investing in HOTLEAD is a landmark event for both the technopark and FEFU, on the basis of which we are located, and for the entire business environment of the Far East, ”said Dmitry Borovikov, director of the Russian technopark.
