Construction of infrastructure for electricity supply to residents begins at the Nikolaevsk TOR

Power engineers are starting to build a transmission line from the 110 kV overhead line at the Nikolayevskaya CHP Plant to the Oremif and Chnyrrah sites of the Nikolaevsk priority development area in the Khabarovsk Territory. Work on the creation of infrastructure are taking into account the applications of residents. The power supply of ABM will allow investors to successfully implement their projects under agreements with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East.

More than 1.2 billion rubles from the federal budget will be allocated to the complex of works on technological connection to the power grids of the power receiving facilities of residents of the TOR "Nikolayevsk" sites "Innokentyevka", "Oremif" and "Chnyrrakh" Currently, technological equipment has been purchased for these purposes: power transformers, switchgears, electrical cabinets and remote control equipment. Until September 2019, all equipment is planned to be delivered to the Nikolaevsky district for construction and installation works.

In 2020, after the completion of work on the electricity supply of the enterprise’s facilities at the Nikolaevsk Torr, they will be fully provided with electricity with a total capacity of 16.8 MW.

Cheaper electricity from the Nikolaev TPP will several times reduce the costs of enterprises for electricity. This will allow residents of TOR - Vostochny Fish Plant LLC, the company Rybolovetskaya artel (collective farm) named after. Blukhera, Vostochnoye Fish Processing Plant, LLC to implement investment projects totaling more than one billion rubles. As a result, about 250 jobs will be created.

Seventy-seven residents with a declared investment volume of more than 3 billion rubles are operating on the Nikolaevsk TOR under agreements with the Far East Development Corporation. As a result of the full implementation of projects, 512 jobs will be created. Currently, residents have already made investments in the amount of 2.7 billion rubles and created 312 jobs.
